Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Your refund (if applicable) will be in the amount of the price paid (less shipping and handling). Only items in their new/unused condition will be exchanged or refunded. Please note that we will not be responsible for study guides damaged during shipping so be sure to pack your return well, i.e., use a padded envelope. Study guides do not fit in USPS Flat Rate Envelopes. You may want to send your item using a tracking service and purchase insurance to protect yourself against loss and damage by the shipper. Due to the nature of the Interactive Online Practice Exams, they cannot be refunded under any circumstance. If a credit/debit card was used for the purchase, the refund will be processed to the same credit/debit card. If other forms of payment were used, a refund check will be sent to you.

Refunds are processed by us within 2 days of receipt. If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. INDEPENDENT STUDY, INC., P.O. BOX 1986, WILMINGTON, NC 28402. Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase along with your name and address (where check should be sent, if applicable). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
